Prison Island: Levels 200–250.
On Prison Island, start by defeating Prisoners up to level 210, then move on to Dangerous Prisoners up to level 220. These enemies are spread across the island, and barriers hinder group efforts. Consistently accept and repeat quests for each enemy type to maximize your experience gains.
Start at level 220, Check the Blox Fruits spawned bosses & complete their quests accordingly. If no bosses are available, eliminate other dangerous prisoners or wait a while. Reaching level 250 generally requires defeating about five Guardians, three Chief Guardians, and a Swan, as well as occasionally killing dangerous prisoners. Move on to the next island at level 250.
Colosseum: Levels 250–300.
Prepare to farm longer in the Colosseum. If you’re missing an elemental fruit (Logia) like Smoke, Flame, Ice, Sand, Darkness, Light, Magma, Rumble, Blizzard, Paste, or Gas, consider acquiring one from the Blox Fruit Merchant, Gacha, or an exchange. These fruits grant immunity to standard attacks, which is valuable when enemy damage increases.
Start by defeating the Toga Warriors up to level 275. These enemies are fairly scattered, but easy to defeat. Repeat their quest to maximize your experience. Blox Fruits
From level 275 to 300, target Gladiators. Their scattered locations and occasional spawn delays can slow progress. Group them together as much as possible and restart the quest. If the boat is disrupted, swim or teleport to the next island once you reach level 300. Blox Fruits
Magma Village: Levels 300–375.
Magma Village offers simple farming. Accept and repeat their quest to gain experience.
At level 325, the volcano below the summit. Four Spies appear per cycle, requiring two defeats to complete the quest. Continue to level 350.
Starting at level eliminating the Military Spies. Complete the boss quest as soon as it becomes available and resume killing Spies during respawns. Repeat both quests until level 375.
Underwater City: Levels 375-400
Enter the Underwater City Blox Fruits by jumping into the central whirlpool of the pier, which teleports you to the ocean floor.
Accept the quest These enemies are easy to farm; repeat the quest until you reach level 400.
