Start defeating the NCOs, which you can farm in groups of four. Repeat the quest until you reach level 130.
If defeated, try again if necessary. Allocate points to Defense if attacks are problematic.
Combine defeats of the Vice Admiral (when he appears) with those of the First Masters, repeating the quests until level 150.
Skylands: Levels 150-190
If you still rely on your fists, start saving up for the Electric Fighting Style (500,000 Beli) to get a permanent upgrade. Blox Fruits

Starting at level 175, fight the Dark Masters on the grassy field below the quest giver.
Prison Island: Levels 190-250
Prison Island is challenging at first, but the level gets better. progress to Dangerous Prisoners mode up to level 220.
